What is Veg'chop made from?
Veg’chop is made from red lentils, sweet potato, quinoa, yellow split peas, mushroom, gram flour, golden flax seed, nutritional yeast, chia seed, onion, salt, smoked paprika, mushroom powder, garlic puree, ground coriander, rosemary and ground black pepper.

Is Veg'chop gluten free?
In short, “yes”. Although it is made in a kitchen where they make other foods with ingredients containing gluten.

Is Veg'chop ultra-processed?
No! We made Veg’chop by simply mixing the wholefood beans, seeds and veg together and packing them tightly. Nothing artificial and no funny business.

Is Veg'chop high in protein?
Yes! Veg’chop has around 12.5g of protein per portion and this naturally comes from the yellow split peas, red lentils, quinoa, gram flour, chia seeds and nutritional yeast.

Is Veg'chop high in fibre?
Yes, Veg’chop is naturally high in fibre. It comes from ingredients such as the lentils, quinoa, yellow spilt peas, sweet potato, gram flour and chia seeds.

How many portions in one Veg'chop?
There are 2 decent sized portions in every 250g Veg’chop. It’s very filling and it’s packed full of beans, veg and seeds, and you can easily stretch 1 chop to feed three if needed.

Why do you use salt?
We need to add salt because it also acts a preservative and means we don’t need to use anything artificial to give you a decent shelf life.
